What was the highlight of Casa Gialla

Excellent deal for money, and great beaches are very close!

The breakfast was great, and just a short walk to White Beach. The pool is also a great draw, but they were cleaning it 2 out of the 3 days we were there.

We couldn't use the pool for most of our stay because it was being cleaned.

Enjoyed and pleasant (except bed)

Hospitality: Every staff was very helpful and accommodating. Especially Hanna was very kind. Nice hot tub & shower: Hot water was sufficiently hot for us. Location: Very quite, close to beach.

The staff was super nice, the whole place is very homely and clean. The beach is very close, 2 minutes walk,, the city is about 8 minutes by tuk tuk. The breakfast was ok, fired eggs with toast and some mango with pineapple juice. The pool is clean and it's great to jump into it after a long day at the beach :)

The mattress on the bed was soft for me, it had a hollow in the middle.

We stayed in Casa Gialla for 5 nights.

We stayed in Casa Gialla for 5 nights. And it was very positive experience. The house has beautiful courtyard and large clean swimming pool. Casa Gialla is very cozy and clean. Here we had tasty breakfasts and fresh fruits in the morning every day. Hanna is an amazing host! She and her team are very hospitable, helpful and friendly. She helped us to rent a bike and to find a tour guide for our trip to Bohol island. We had great impression of living in Casa Gialla. We felt so comfortable, as if we were at home, not at the hotel. We definitely recommend Casa Gialla as a good place to stay.

friendly stuff, could arrange you any trip for the reasonable price. Breakfast is perfect amount and choice. Will be difficult to cook for a baby, dont have microwave or kettle. Not that crowded with travelers. Clean swimming pool. Good to stay if you prefer calm places and travel without small kids.

Difficult to find if you do not ask for the shuttle or taxi from the hotel. The bldg is under construction (even though they try to do their best and stop working while we did rest). I prefer to have a clean room everyday but they didnt clean the room during our stay. The sea is not good to swim and many locals coming. Nothing to eat around on the lunch/dinner time. Accept only cash.

great area short walk to the beach, beaches were a bit dirty had to walk further for cleaner beaches

Very quiet and large bathroom Great staff.. hospitally and great breakfast on property.

Our bed caved in toward the center a bit and made squeaking noise upon movement. May need new mattressfor better comfort and less noise.

What was the highlight of Casa Gialla

Homely, clean & comfortable + great location!

This was a last minute booking (I booked the night before my trip) and was a little nervous about what to expect, but was so pleasantly surprised! Casa Gialla is very well located near White Beach which was beautiful and hardly had any people, unlike what we'd heard of Alona Beach. It is also just about 5 km away from Bohol Bee Farm. Our room was right by the pool (nothing fancy but still inviting and homely) and everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Hannah at the front desk was THE MOST helpful person we encountered on our trip -- she gave us a lot of insider information and got us a great deal to go all the way to Oslob for only PHP 1100/person. She made us packed lunches to carry with us on our day trips (complete with cute notes!). She was also very accommodating of our food restrictions, gave us fresh towels without us having to ask when we returned from the beach, and made us delicious breakfast by the pool. In the end, I felt like we got a more personal and value for money experience than either I was expecting. Overall, Casa Gialla felt like home and we were so comfortable our entire stay. Don't think twice about staying here!

The staff and owner were incredibly accommodating and warm, it felt like a personal experience rather than a generic hotel experience. They really cared for our experiences and helped us arrange everything we asked for and more! The house is also gorgeous and in a quite location but right next to one of the prettiest beaches in Bohol. We recommend staying there 100%
